ASCO2-PD is duct carbon dioxide sensor with analogue voltage output 0 - 10V. Sensor is based on principle of non-dispersive infra-red radiation absorption (NDIR). The NDIR system combines in optical chamber an solid IR source with highly reliable Pyroelectric Dual Channel Detector. Built in electronics with microprocessor converts the amplified detector signal into calibrated analogue output signal. ASCO2-PD continuous operation construction makes it ideal for indoor air control applications. By measuring of carbon dioxide concentration it is possible to effectively control ventilation to minimize energy consumption. Typical application is controlling of ventilation systems in conference halls, cinemas, offices, theatres, households etc.
